We will accompany you to inspect the properties so that you can choose the best one.
With your approval, we will submit a rental application form to the landlord.
The move-in date will be set, along with arrangements to sign the contract and pay the previously agreed upon rental and agent's fee obligations.

The industry standard commission fee for you to hire an agent is equivalent to one month's rent plus 5% consumption tax. We uphold that standard. You pay this fee when you sign the rental agreement with the landlord. If you don't get a positive result, you have absolutely no obligation to pay us anything.
