Our fee
We offer an industry standard commission fee for you to hire us as your agent. The fee is equivalent to 3% of the purchase price, plus consumption tax (currently 5%). You pay 50% of this fee when you sign the purchase agreement with the seller. You pay the 50% balance upon closing the deal (title transferred). If you don't obtain a result, you absolutely have no obligation to pay us anything.
